Discounted, Used and Military Issued items are not eligible for a return.
Online Orders:
Returns on online orders for new non military surplus items are given if returned within 10 days from delivery date and is unused. Prior to any returns being accepted, customers must reach out via e-mail: info@gearupfl.com or phone: 321-567-0330.
Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or covered if items are sent back.
